Most new Queensland homes need a NatHERS assessment (for the 7-star thermal rating), a Whole of Home score, and a Form 15 for the building approval — we deliver all three together. New homes in NSW need a BASIX certificate instead. Commercial and larger multi-residential buildings are assessed under Section J. And when a striking, glazing-heavy design won't pass the standard checks, a Performance Solution is the way through.
